Pop Up Pet Adoption Event at NYC

Last weekend, Best Friends Animal Society welcomed the crowd off the street of Manhattan to its Pop Up adoption event.

Best Friends Animal Society is an organization dedicated to rescuing animals and providing a safe environment for them until they are, hopefully, adopted. It is largest organization dedicated to “no-kill” practices.

Best Friends takes in animals from Animal Care Centers of New York City (NCC). NCC has over 30,000 animals per year coming into its care. Best Friends provides a temporary home for many of those animals and makes the connection to adoptive families.
